The 60D00 Series boiler intermittent blowdown valve is a kind ofanti-cavitation multi-stage pressure reduction valve. The specially designedtrim enables fluid pressure reduction stage by stage, so that fluid velocity iscontrolled and cavitation damage is avoided. The throttling part is separablefrom the sealing face to effectively protect the sealing face. The trim surfaceis subjected to hardening treatment, reaching a hardness of about HRC70. It isfeatured by good erosion resistance and long service life. A large notch isopened on the plug surface, so that the plug will not be blocked if the fluidscontain granules. The valve is an ideal solution to the intermittentelimination of indissoluble sediments and impurities in boiler water in powerplants.
